Job description:
Content & Marketing:
- Create, edit, and manage content for company channels (FB,Tiktok, Youtube, internal publications, PR, events, etc.).
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand.
- Analyze insights, trends, and propose creative ideas for communication activities
Corporate Culture:
- Plan and organize internal events (team building, workshops, townhall meetings, etc.).
- Support initiatives to engage employees and spread company values and culture.
- Develop internal communication activities to enhance employee morale and foster a positive work environment.
Others:
- Work with other departments to implement projects related to branding and culture.
- Provide regular reports to the manager.
Requirements:
- University graduates
- Prefer candidates with similar experience in internal communication, event planning, marketing....
- Can use basic English/Korean in work
