The successful candidate will perform various tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Maintain and update HR databases on the system to ensure the accuracy as well as validity, coordinate with Teams to gather staffing requirements and data inputs.
- Prepare periodic HR reports (yearly, quartly, monthly, weekly), etc.
- Participate in HR related audits and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Be responsible for collecting recommendation from Teams for promotion, appointment, performance evaluation, changing of organization chart, ... verifying data to report HR Leaders for final decision. Process employee documentation for these requests and propose possible solutions/ actions if any issues arise.
- Respond to employee inquires regarding HR policies, producedures and benefits.
- Analyze and propose possible initiatives for benefits, retention, rewards and recognition to ensure the company’s competitive advantages of HR practicse in the market.
- Coordinate with HQ and HRD Section to process training program to develop key members’ capacity.
- Other duties as assigned by HR Part Leader, HR Team Leader.

- University graduate.
- Experienced candidates in an HR role in a FDI company is a plus; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply aslo.
- Very good understanding of HR functions, Labor law and related laws.
- Solid knowledge of ERP system or systems related HR field is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge, understanding and use of M.S Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Very detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude.
- Good communication and presentation skills (both of English and Vietnamese, Korean is a plus)
