IT Part Leader

Job Description: 

• Manage and coordinate the MES team in system operations, support, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with related departments (Production, QA, Engineering, , etc.) to gather requirements and implement MES solutions.
• Plan and manage MES-related projects: new deployments, system upgrades, or integrations with ERP, IoT,..
• Provide MES training to end-users and offer ongoing technical support.
• Monitor and analyze data from MES to propose process improvements and increase production efficiency.
• Ensure the system's stability, data integrity, and security within the manufacturing environment.
• Generate regular reports on MES system performance and project status to management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or revelant experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with MES systems, with a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership
• Can communicate well in English or Korean 
• We will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent & team work
