Responsibilities: 

  • Handle & process all inquires of customers
  • Solve issues and customer's complaints in the right manner & time line
  • Responsible for acting as liaison between company & customer
  • Closely coordinate with other related internal departments for smooth working
  • Working with customers for matters related to mass production products (screens for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches & virtual reality glasses)
  • Support SI setup, operation
  • Other jobs assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any major
  • Prefer candidate with experience in manufacturing companies (experience in the field of Customer Satisfaction/Customer Support is an advantage)
  • Good command of English communication verbal & non-verbal
  • Prioritize candidates having experience in electric/ electronics/ mechanical/ automation manufacturing fields.
  • We prefer the candidates with a background in quality and technical engineering.
  • Prioritize candidates having language certificate (IELTS/TOEIC, TOPIK, HSK)
