- Handle & process all inquires of customers
- Solve issues and customer's complaints in the right manner & time line
- Responsible for acting as liaison between company & customer
- Closely coordinate with other related internal departments for smooth working
- Working with customers for matters related to mass production products (screens for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches & virtual reality glasses)
- Support SI setup, operation
- Other jobs assigned by the company
Requirements:
- University graduate in any major
- Prefer candidate with experience in manufacturing companies (experience in the field of Customer Satisfaction/Customer Support is an advantage)
- Good command of English communication verbal & non-verbal
- Prioritize candidates having experience in electric/ electronics/ mechanical/ automation manufacturing fields.
- We prefer the candidates with a background in quality and technical engineering.
- Prioritize candidates having language certificate (IELTS/TOEIC, TOPIK, HSK)
