Job Descriptions:
- Customer Service
- Go to business trip frequently
- Support all customer's requirement
- Communicate with ODM customer & HQ
- Work with ODM customer for New Model qualification, Mass production management such as: Qualification status, Issue trouble shooting, Audit OBA/Sorting, RMA and VLRR data management
- Conduct the direct communication & regular meeting with ODM customer
Requirements:
- Understand the key process of manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Communication skill: English & Chinese proficient speaking is required
- Collaboration: To support ODM customer’s requirement,
- Smooth communication with HQ CS & Qual team is needed
- Need to understand each of the LGD teams’ mission and roles clearly.
