Job Descriptions:

  • Customer Service 
  • Go to business trip frequently
  • Support all customer's requirement
  • Communicate with ODM customer & HQ
  • Work with ODM customer for New Model qualification, Mass production management such as: Qualification status, Issue trouble shooting, Audit OBA/Sorting, RMA and VLRR data management 
  • Conduct the direct communication & regular meeting with ODM customer 

Requirements:

  • Understand the key process of manufacturing and quality assurance. 
  • Communication skill: English & Chinese proficient speaking is required 
  • Collaboration: To support ODM customer’s requirement, 
  • Smooth communication with HQ CS & Qual team is needed
  • Need to understand each of the LGD teams’ mission and roles clearly.
