Job Description:
- Build up bus schedule (route, time, quantity of bus) for all employees ( ISE, FSE, Supporter)
- Arrange bus for daily activities as unfixed route
- Manage Bus, Car, Motorbike Parking lot : control capacity, register criteria, parking regulation…)
- Check working condition & regulation implement , Control equipment at all parking lot.
- Follow bus operation status and give timely & properly solution.
- Build up layout of bus station monthly, design for all parking lot if need
- Make monthly payment and do process relating to contract.
Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, General Affairs, Accounting, HR, Technical, Commerce ..
- Prefer candidates with prior experiences of Administration, other General Affairs jobs.
- Have desire on developing career in Administration field.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with related departments and vendors.
- Problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Careful, detailed and enthusiastic at work
- Good behavior towards others and teamwork spirit
